**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the global obsolescence management of the SKAN group
- Identification of obsolete material and potential successor parts
- Performing impact assessments on customer equipment
- Ensure spare parts related documentation is constantly updated
- Being the point of contact for technical information demands regarding spare parts
- Creating 1:1/Like-for-Like statements to confirm suitability of successor parts
- Performing forecasts & consumption estimations for spare parts and ensure they are reflected in safety stocks
- Support material changes in production resulting out of material obsolescence

Hardskills
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (chemical, mechanical, electrical, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, such as P&ID’s, datasheets, specifications, etc.
- Experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment desirable
- Familiar with MS Office products, specifically Excel
- Fluency in English or/and German
