We are looking for a Project Manager Workplace Environment to contribute in shaping the future of On’s global office environments and join us at our Headquarter office in Zurich. You will combine your procurement expertise with your negotiation skills to play a critical role in global office expansion, and open the door to On’s next growth phase.You will be collaborating in the development of our new offices, showrooms and custom products globally. Your blend between project management, procurement, process management and budget expertise will open new ways to drive On into the next growth phase.

This new and rapidly expanding team packs a huge punch and leads projects globally related to construction and office space. Your Mission
- Manage and negotiate agreements with vendors and partners related with construction projects in collaboration with the team
- Follow timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Work with the team and support in estimating costs, evaluating bids, negotiating offers, addressing technical issues, maintaining quality control during construction
- Work with consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
- Support communication between project teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials

Your Story
- 4-6 years of professional experience in project management including solid experience of negotiation and budget follow up
- Organisational wizard skilled in process management and workflow optimisation
- Experienced with procurement management
- Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment both within a team and individually
- Excellent problem solver enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment
- Great stakeholder management abilities Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- Fluent in English. German is an advantage
