**Global Banking EMEA Graduate Programme Corporate Clients Track - Major Cash Management (12 months)**
This position will be based in Zurich on a permanent contract basis.

The Corporate Clients Graduate Programme has been designed as a real booster of your personal and professional development. It is the ideal starting point to start your career in Corporate Finance.

You are hired under a permanent contract to join the Cash Management Team in Switzerland. You will start your journey with a 12-month rotational path:

- a 2 weeks of induction in Paris (tbc)
- a first 6 months rotation within Cash Management in Switzerland
- a second 5 months rotation within a Corporate Coverage activity in another country

You will quickly take on responsibilities via this immersive rotational path structured around diversified missions.

**YOUR TEAM**
The cash management team is composed of 6 members between Zurich and Geneva. Our offices are downtown and are well connected to all amenities. Surrounded by cash management experts of several nationalities, the environment is perfect for uncovering the problems of corporate treasuries. Senior profiles share their expertise with junior profiles.

**YOUR WORK DAY**
As a Graduate Trainee in the team, you will develop a general knowledge of (i) the investment banking, corporate banking and other non-banking solutions offered by the BNP Paribas group, (ii) the set of policies and procedures designed to manage the risks the bank is exposed to when conducting business; and you will contribute to the team’s commercial activity. You will be part of the team and become responsible for various tasks to contribute to meeting the team objectives.

The key duties and responsibilities include:

- She / he is responsible of sales of Cash Management products to Swiss corporate clients. She / he is a Cash Management Expert with strong sales skills. She / he is the local representative of BNP Paribas Cash Management in the local business community.
- She / he works closely with relationship officers in the end-to-end sales process by providing a superior level of customer service
- She / he responds to Requests for Proposal (RfP); assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies regarding the Cash Management business; negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions. She / he contributes to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of Cash Management products and services.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a master degree in finance/business and/or economics and/or accounting and you graduated less than 2 years ago.
- You have a maximum of 24 months of professional experience (excluding internships, work study programs) from the date of your graduation.
- Preferably with a first banking experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in German and English (our primary working language), French is an advantage
- Self-motivation combined with a strong team spirit
- Ability to set priorities, be flexible, well organized and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
