**Project**:
In light of technological advancements and increasing demands for integration, automation, and security standards, one of our clients is seeking to review and further develop their existing solution (Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) for the central management of client and server systems). For this purpose, our client is seeking an experienced project manager with a focus on business analysis who can plan, manage, and implement a structured market research study in the field of client management. (Reference number 924482RF)

**Tasks**:

- Assuming operational management of the market study
- Overall planning, coordination, and management of analysis activities (schedule, resources, quality, communication)
- Identifying, structuring, and prioritizing business and technical requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders
- Technical management of analysis and evaluation work (e.g., variant development, assessment, decision-making basis)
- Conducting or supervising market research (market observation, provider and technology comparison, trends)
- Incorporating technical, operational, and security-related requirements in accordance with federal specifications
- Creating a decision and variant report with clear, action-oriented recommendations for the future target architecture
- Preparing the follow-up project, which will prepare the technical and organizational development of client and server management based on the study

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of experience as an IT project manager
- Experience in business analysis and development and implementation of requirements
- Experience in the conception, modeling, analysis or optimization of business processes using recognized methods such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), EPC (Event-Driven Process Chain) or comparable procedures.
- Experience in preparing studies and market analyses in the technical field (e.g., IT infrastructure, software deployment, endpoint management)
- Experience in at least three of the following tasks (planning, implementation, and monitoring of software deployments using MCM; operating system deployment (OSD) with MCM including driver and image management; patch and update management via MCM; integration of MCM into existing infrastructures (e.g., Active Directory, Intune, Endpoint Security); creation and maintenance of automation/scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for efficient deployment processes)
- Completed degree in computer science or business
- Hermes certification
- German as a project language (native speaker level)
