**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Ensure GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) compliance and contribute to the collaboration with the external auditors, enforce audit recommendations and implement the most recent GIPS developments
- Implement and maintain performance composites and the strategic asset allocation in the banks’ systems (Triple A Plus, Stat Pro)
- Analyze and monitor client account performance outliers for a large variety of mandate types, follow-up and ensure action is taken when needed
- Maintain and further develop team internal tools based on MS Office (Access and Excel, incl. VBA), Oracle and MS-SQL Servers as well as Python used for performing controls and reporting
- Perform business analysis for new use cases resulting in implementation of new automated controls and processes to increase efficiency and the digital workflow
- Coordinate with various internal (Front, Marketing, Compliance, Audit, IT) and external (Auditors) stakeholders
- Design and enhance reports and analyses to senior management
- Provide guidance and assistance to JB entities outside head office in all matters related to performance controlling

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- General math and statistics know-how. Experience in performance measurement an advantage
- Knowledge of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) an advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptional, structural and problem-solving skills. Creative thinking with strong data affinity
- Good knowledge of financial instruments and banking products
- Self-driven and hands-on mentality. Distinguished flexibility and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the finance sector
- Degree in Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Physics / IT or equivalent educational background, corresponding further education an advantage (CFA, FRM, etc.)
