**Research Associate, Antibody Discovery, Nanofluidics (100%)**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Isolate, culture and assay antibody producing cells.
- Setup and perform biochemical and cell-based assays for antibody discovery and validation on Nanofluidic RTM platform.
- Evaluate, interpret, and present results.

**Requirements**:

- BSc degree with 2+ years of lab experience or MSc degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or equivalent.
- Good practice in isolation, handling, and cultivation of primary cells and/or cell lines.
- Experience with immunological techniques such as ELISA and Western Blotting.
- Good command of laboratory instrumentation like flow cytometry, microscopy, microfluidics.
- Experience with molecular biology techniques such as RT-PCR, plasmid design, sequencing reactions is desirable.
- You are detail-oriented, focused on data quality, able to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong ability to plan and work both independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in pharma or biotech is a plus.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.

**Research Associate - Antibody Technology**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Isolate, culture and assay antibody producing cells.
- Set up and perform biochemical and cell-based assays for antibody discovery and validation on Nanofluidic RTM platform.
- Analyze, interpret and present results.

**Requirements**:

- MSc or BSc degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA purification, PCR, and cloning.
- Strong hands-on experience in phage display is essential; experience with other display technologies (e.g., yeast or mammalian display) is a plus.
- Familiarity with single-cell workflows, including isolation, sequencing, and data interpretation.
- Working knowledge of techniques such as flow cytometry, cell sorting, ELISA, and other immunoassays.
- Experience with antibody engineering, affinity maturation, or protein expression and purification is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of bioinformatics tools and software for sequence analysis and data visualization is a plus.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
