**Cat Rental & Used** is part of the Construction Industries segment and supports the Cat® dealer network to deliver customer rental solutions and profitably grow dealer rental revenue, customers and coverage. The team delivers world-class rental (heavy rents and rental services) & used customer services.

**Job Summary**
As the **Rental Strategy Manager,** you will lead the development and execution of strategic Growth Options Projects and business strategies focused on the rental and used business. You will collaborate with internal and external partners across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with business partners on projects from initiation through execution in the rental and used area.
- Develop and deliver compelling business reviews and recommendations to senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage metrics, dashboards and supporting tools to monitor performance.

**What You Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, strategy, or related field.

- Leads complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
- Consults stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and deliver tailored, high-impact plans.

- Applies big-picture thinking to spot long-term rental and used market opportunities.
- Brings global perspective to local business models.
- Builds stakeholder buy-in for the organizational vision.
- Aligns teams with strategy and tracks progress toward key milestones.
- Contributes to short-, mid-, and long-term business planning.
- ** Rental & Used Business Acumen**
- Applies global perspectives to address international business challenges and opportunities.
- Understands rental and used market dynamics, including lifecycle value, asset utilization, and customer behaviour.
- Identifies strategic levers to boost profitability and market share.
- Knowledge of other European languages.

**Additional Information**:

- Travel time approx. 25%.
- A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
- The position requires full-time presence in the Geneva office (5 days a week).
