**Background**:
**Main tasks**:

- Manage and monitor messaging infrastructure including MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault and Kiteworks
- Created and edited PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
- Assist in migrating and upgrading systems, particularly MS Exchange 2016 or later and Windows Server 2019 or later
- Error analysis and problem solving in a complex server environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT supporter or systems administrator with a focus on messaging infrastructures such as MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault or Kiteworks
- Experience in creating and editing PowerShell scripts
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification or higher

**Languages**:

- Fluent in German (level B2)
- English fluent (level C1)
