**About the Role**:
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

- Consult with clients on IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization.
- Create and develop concepts and specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate in the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical project management and support.
- Assist in the installation of software solutions and product launches.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Experience with at least 2 ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Fluency in German and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and proactive work style.
- A strong desire to achieve above-average results.

Pay: CHF100’000.00 - CHF120’000.00 per year
