Aufgaben

Tasks & Responsibilities
A senior administrative professional who supports Clinical Operations. The main
**responsibilities include**:
- A wide range of administrative duties, including schedule coordination,
correspondence, telephone communication, information management
- Organizing individual and leadership team meetings F2F or virtual
- Local and International business travel organization, including hotel bookings,

completion often with deadline pressure
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all stakeholders

Qualifikation
**Must Haves**:
- Fluency in German
- Min. 5 years experience in admin
