- We’re looking for a Debit Card Product Manager to:
- manage all product aspects, including change, incidents, and card fraud cases
- drive new product features and changes - iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- act as product specialist within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability,...)

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the pay and manage liquidity team in Zürich providing smart and easy payment products and services.

**Your expertise**
- 5+ years of experience in all aspects of product management, including change, maintenance, and incidents handling, ideally within the financial industry
- delivery of complex change initiatives and complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry
- being fluent in transforming product
- and client-needs into business and technical requirements
- setting and delivering on outcome focused OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- work in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
