To complement our Human Resources department team in Basel, we are seeking the immediate appointment of a Recruiter / HR Manager (80 - 100%)
As part of the Human Resources team, you will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources and your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting as a sparring partner and helping make a difference
- Researching and reporting on relevant recruitment trends
- General support to the Human Resources department
Your profile:
For this very challenging role, we are looking for a proactive, polished, and discreet individual who has several years of experience as a Recruiter / HR Manager on all functional levels and has a high affinity for architecture. Given our international focus and multicultural workforce, you must have either German or English as your native language and possess level C1 in the other language (written and spoken). You must also have excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite. You see complex administrative tasks as an exciting challenge and have a real affinity for digital processes. Since your work will involve an economic and culturally diverse backdrop, you will have a higher education degree (university/university of applied sciences), or a suitable postgraduate qualification.
