**What you're going to do**:
As Head of Digital Innovation Public Sector, you will spearhead transformative initiatives that enhance public service delivery through innovative digital solutions. This role requires a strategic visionary who can align technology with public sector objectives, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure that innovation drives transparency, efficiency, and citizen digital satisfaction. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Developing and executing a digital innovation strategy, leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., SSI, AI, IoT, blockchain, cloud-native) to advance public service objectives
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory standards for digital systems and data privacy
- Defining KPIs for innovation projects, evaluating the impact, and delivering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Advising senior leadership and policymakers on trends, opportunities, and risks in digital transformation
- Fostering a culture of innovation and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget
- Overseeing the implementation of pilot projects to test and refine digital initiatives before scaling
- Collaborating with government agencies, academia, and private-sector partners to foster innovation
- Facilitating citizen-centered design workshops to prioritize public needs in solution development
- Representing our organization in national and international digital innovation forums

**What we're looking for**:

- Master’s degree in business, engineering, IT, public administration, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or public sector IT leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale digital projects, preferably in the public sector
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and cross-matrix collaboration
- Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory frameworks, including data protection and e-government standards
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Native-level fluency in German is a must, with proficiency in French and English
