**Overview**
**Your role**
As a Security Manager you will be responsible to ensure local site security in adherence with Interxion’s physical security policies and standards. You will own, optimize, and execute local physical security policies, standards, and practices. Furthermore, you will be accountable for security related SLA’s and related internal or external reports.
Additionally, you will manage our security supplier to guarantee a high-quality level of services.
**Your profile**
- A well-balanced person who can work under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and in a professional manor.
- Self-organized, solution-oriented and a strong sense of urgency while keeping an eye for details.
- A team player who contributes to team efforts and can also work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Good project management skills and the ability to learn spontaneously.
- Master or bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical/administrative area.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a security environment, in a leading role, preferably in a Data Center environment.
- Well-founded knowledge in the field of physical security management, methods, and procedures
- Profound knowledge and experience in security supplier management
- Experience with audits, preferably SOC I & SOC II, PCI-DSS
- Fluency in English, both written and oral (minimum B2 level), and local language as a big advantage.
