The Business Consulting Manager will connect across ZS’s practice areas and client teams to develop a breadth of expertise and deliver meaningful impact both externally to clients and internally. You will play a key role in people leadership, client delivery excellence and supporting ZS grow across Europe. **Strategy Insights and Planning Manager** We seek a Manager to join Our European practice based in London. Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. **Responsibilities**: - Structure and develop client deliverables including "telling the story" with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner - Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and support or refine hypotheses all with the aim of delivering long term value for our clients - Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings while coaching and guiding more junior team members - Integrate multiple information sources (primary, secondary and analytical research) to inform complex problems - Participate and often lead in presentation and communication of results to clients and internal teams - Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas - Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members - Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects - Build, grow, and own client relationships - Drive business and strategy development - Contribute to internal firm activities and advancing ZS's capabilities **Qualifications**: - A combination of strong consulting skills from competitive firms, business experience, and/or scientific/technical backgrounds preferred - Experience working across different industries and business topics highly preferred - Ability to develop, shape, and inform hypotheses on key client issues - Client management experience with VP and C-suite executives - Experience in developing client relationships and developing new business - Strong execution and delivery expertise, especially with unstructured projects - High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative - Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams - Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers and can generate cross-functional buy-in - Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook - Client service orientation - Enjoys fast-paced work environments - ZS is a global consulting firm.
