**Your mission**:
Support and drive improvements across Spiden's business operations in HR, finance, and procurement

**Your profile**:

- Ideally bachelor level or completed apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmännische Angestellter (KV))
- Practical experience in dynamic work environment in business operations across HR, finance, procurement (internships and/or jobs, ideally in start-up)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priority tasks
- Highly analytical thinker, organised and strong sense of ownership
- Great team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
