We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing proactive support to our customers in Iberia, problem-solving for prompt resolutions, and driving best practices within our European team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- _Daily management of customer orders from booking through to shipment and maintenance of sales/service contracts. Collaborating with commercial operations and internal support functions where needed to ensure timely revenue recognition. _
- _Supporting department objectives and contributing to the upkeep of our procedures and work instructions to ensure continuous improvement. _
The required qualifications for the job include:
- _ Previous experience working in a customer support center and/or with customer service administration._
- _ Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. (Written and spoken)_
**It would be a plus if you also possess knowledge of**
- _ Another European language such as French, German, or Italian would be an asset_
- _ Experience in using Oracle or similar ERP._
