**Your contribution to KPMG**

Develop and execute strategies for Data & AI business development with a focus on Microsoft AI and Power Platform solutions

Lead and support with proposal development and client presentations in response to client RFI's and RFP's

Lead and manage project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financial transformation, Microsoft D365 and Digital Transformation experts, to develop and drive business opportunities and project success

Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft AI and Power Platform technologies, and incorporate these insights into business strategies.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

**This is what makes you successful**

At least 5-6 years of strong experience in Data & AI business development and project management, preferably in the Microsoft AI / Power Platform domain

Strong understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Fabric

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels

External consulting and consulting sales experience, preferably in one the Big 4 companies

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives

Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant) is a plus

English fluency and German strongly preferred; French is a plus
