**What will you do?**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented **Online Trading Partner** to join our high performing team on a fixed term basis. Reporting to the eCommerce Trade & Merch Lead, you will analyse trading performance and submit proposals for merchandising the website to ensure optimal products are available online.

Responsibilities include, but not limited:

- Collaborate with Category Marketing to submit marketing nominations for Online to optimize trading opportunities
- Liaise with Buying Groups to understand trading plans and business priorities to assist with decision making
- Perform reporting and utilise Google Analytics to make informed decisions regarding product merchandising and marketing nominations
- Manage the online ranging of the site in conjunction with the BG teams to optimize profitability
- Review and quantify allocations with Planners/Allocators to ensure appropriate stock levels for Online
- Monitor replenishment parameters for Online with the DCM team based on knowledge and insights of Online’s trading potential
- Review overall inventory performance across Fast, Slow and In-Active statuses and identify
- opportunities to drive trade
- Lead the Target vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organization
- Accountable for a safe workplace by identifying and reporting safety concerns and leading by example by maintaining a safe working environment and demonstrating safe working behaviour

**What are we looking for?**:

- 2 years of experience in a Merchandise or Category Marketing role desired
- Relevant tertiary qualifications desired
- Operational and commercial expertise in end-to-end e-commerce structure
- Sound understanding of and experience within retail business, in particular the merchandise and marketing environments
