**Product Marketing & Automation Manager**

**Role Overview**:
As the Product Marketing & Automation Manager, you will play a dual role in driving product visibility and managing marketing automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns, gather customer insights, optimize lead management and nurturing workflows, and crucially support the implementation of our commercial roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine positioning and identify differentiation opportunities, and gather Go-to-market intelligence
- **Product Messaging**:Craft clear, compelling messaging that highlights the product's unique value and meets customer needs.
- **Storytelling and Brand Positioning**: Translate Starmind's value into engaging sales assets, case studies, and whitepapers, and support the company's overarching positioning.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and publish various content pieces (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, how-to articles) in English and German.
- **Sales Enablement**: Develop product-focused sales collateral, such as presentations, one-pagers, and FAQs, to support the sales team.
- **Data Insights**: Provide product performance insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions by working with our product team.
- **Customer Feedback Utilization**: Use feedback and win/loss analysis to inform product development and enhance user personas.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and report on campaign metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with our Account Directors, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging, share insights, and support product launches.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in marketing and product marketing.
- 2+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in tech.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a recognized institution.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Typeform, Figma).
- Strong analytical skills and experience reporting KPIs.
- Excellent project management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
