**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:
- Support VP in all Customer and Partner Interactions. Prep Meeting, Follow Up, Documentation CRM, Ensure fast progress on agreed actions
- Support VP in the preparation of Presentations, Business Cases, BITKOM activities.
- Run Forecast Management: Pro-Active Management of Pipeline, Forecast also midterm (3 quarter ahead), Drive highest Pipeline Hygiene, Send out pro-Active Information on KPI’s
- Support German LT Meetings: Agenda, Meeting Notes, Follow Ups
- Support VP and regional LT with research, analysis, ad-hoc analysis, identification of Whitespaces, sharpen our strategy, keeping the book of business up to date
- Support VP in planning Executive Meetings
- Support VP with partnership with Glacier (ESG)
- Support VP on all office activities, coordination with the Office Leads in the region
- Support VP on Schwarz Partner (XM Cyber)
- Support VP with key market insights, monitor Press, major happenings relevant for ServiceNow
- Support VP with coordination and set up of All-Hands
- Partnering with cross functional teams - Sales Operations, Regional Leadership Team, Office Leads, Client Director, Enterprise Account Executive, Sales Manager, Corp HQ, regional Chiefs of Staff, Regional and EMEA leadership, P5, HR, Finance, Legal, Comms
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- 6+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Experience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments
- Experience guiding teams and provide solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
