2025 Off-cycle Internship - IB GM Execution Hub COO - ZH

**Your role**

Interested in working in finance, specifically investment banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our investment banking Execution Hub COO business.

You'll get to:

- support and work together with the global trading and sales desks on various topics (new product initiatives, front-to-back controls ad-hoc surveys, trade data analysis)
- collaborate with front-to-back functions (IT, Finance, Compliance, Operations etc.)
- collaborate with global Business Managers (located in Zurich, London, New York, Singapore) to run key IB regulatory controls and help on various day-to-day tasks
- work on ad-hoc projects to increase efficiency in areas such as regular analysis, reporting processes and controls
- work with senior management across the business to analyze, develop, and implement strategic solutions to improve and enhance business models

You'll be working in the IB Global Markets Execution Hub COO Business Management team in Opfikon, near Zürich. This role is a unique opportunity to explore our businesses, contribute meaningfully, and lead change.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree preferably with a focus on Banking and Finance, Economics or Business Administration)
- has previous internship experience in banking or similar
- has keen interest in financial markets, numbers, models, and products
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has excellent command of English (in written and oral form)
- has good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Start Date: December 2025
