We are looking for a **Junior Business Controller**/Consultant **with a passion for Transfer Pricing and Controlling.

As a member of the Business team, you will support our project managers in digitalizing operational transfer pricing processes.

You will also work closely with our developers to design new features and improve existing ones. Furthermore, you will validate and test new software releases with a focus on the client's business processes.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Support companies from different sectors and industries in transfer pricing issues
- Assist project managers in TP implementation projects and in ongoing customer support
- Involvement in the creation of presentations, handbooks and manuals
- Basic training and coaching of clients
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new software versions and data packages

**Your Skills**
- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment while being able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German (min. B2)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills
- High degree of accountability and reliability
- Precise, diligent, solution-driven, goal-oriented working attitude with a strong focus on quality
- Willingness to travel
- Degree in controlling, finance, economics, business, or similar
- EU/EFTA/CH passport is mandatory
