For our client, a Global Family Office, we are looking for a talented Client Relationship Manager in Zurich.
Tasks
- Managing of existing portfolio/book of approx. 500-800 Mio. Assets from clients in Europe and South America
- Further development of the investment servicing/offering with the ultimate aim to achieve full client satisfaction within a reasonable time frame
- Asses clients' needs and their potential based on the risk profile and aligning financial advice with the corresponding investment strategy
- Execute and supervise clients' transaction requests, thereby ensuring that the portfolio allocation aligns with the clients' risk profile
- Tailored solutions and services supported by a holistic advisory approach for our sophisticated HNWI/UHNWI clients
- Able to support families in managing complex holding structures and put in appropriate family governance
- Reputation as an agile and results-oriented CRM
- Specialist knowledge and product expertise in developing solutions for clients in the creation,management and transfer of their wealth
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Relationship Manager
- Excellent client service in a multi family office environment
- Specific technical expertise across some/all asset classes and the respective instruments/products (private market investments, equity, interest rate, FX markets, other derivatives as well as macro-economics, finance theory, portfolio management and asset allocation)
- Ability to identify clients' needs and to provide quality advice, updates on financial markets developments and on clients' portfolios
- Ability to build business relationships with clients and ensure their needs are identified and met
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high performance culture
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards with respect to risk and compliance
- High standard of work, accurate record keeping and attention to detail, able to organize and prioritize own workload
- Proficiency in English is a must as well as French skills in written/orally. German and/or Spanish would be an additional asset
