**YOUR TASKS**:

- Establish a close collaboration with your product manager to align product and tech vision
- Leading an existing team of currently four developers
- Support and protect your team to ensure their productivity and overall happiness
- Support the team to write production-ready code that accounts for reliability, extendibility, maintainability, scalability and security (you can stop reading here if these words sound unfamiliar)
- Prioritize what is coming next

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- You actually enjoy helping people to develop and grow
- You coded and built software systems in the past
- You are still able to draw boxes with arrows connecting them
- You have an opinion and are willing to share it
- You have experience in a leadership role
