Together with your manager, you will agree an approach which works for you, your team and our business. - In order to deploy this novel way of working, we have introduced our New Normal policy which includes: 30% to 70% remote work in agreement with your line manager and client needs; Trust-based managerial culture; Team rituals and get together; Options to order ergonomically proven Equipment (monitor & chair) for your home office premises. **Your role**: - Strong experience with Validation Master Plan, Commissioning Master Plan, project procedures and commissioning and qualification protocols (FAT/SAT/Commissioning, IQ and OQ, PQ, eventually CV, PV if in scope) - Design Review (DR) process and GMP Risk Assessment (FMEA) experience - Review and follow-up technical documentation from the early design phase in order to ensure alignment with GMP and CQV requirements - Investigate and resolve technical issues with assistance from Client engineers and/or suppliers - Leading and coordinating a C&Q team that consists of commissioning and Verification engineers / specialists, operations personnel, system leads / engineers, document controllers - Providing support / guidance from C&Q point of view for FAT & SAT and setting up the workflows / procedures for C&Q (IQ, Commissioning, OQ). - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), German nice to have. **Your profile**: - Degree of equivalent in an engineering related discipline - 10+ years of experience in commissioning and qualification activities for pharmaceutical facilities ideally in a bioenvironment and with upstream/downstream equipment - Strong leadership and team player ability, liaising directly with client and other project key functions - Previous experience as manager/leader of C&Q team - Strong knowledge of ISPE and ASTM E2500 - Proven experience with international pharmaceutical projects - Proven record of successful delivery of Greenfield and/or Brownfield projects (preferable >50mio CHF) - Location: Basel or Zurich **Please note, that we only accept applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or applicants with an existing and valid residence and work permit for Switzerland.** **Altran is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Females/Minorities/Individuals with Disabilities.
