**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als verantwortliche Person sind Sie für die Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung des IT-Betriebs zuständig
- Sie leiten die IT-Abteilung und sind für die Steuerung der IT-Mitarbeiter verantwortlich
- Die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung der Geschäftsverwaltung liegt ebenfalls in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie pflegen den Austausch mit anderen Kantonen und Behörden im Bereich IT
- Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie die Fachabteilungen bei der Digitalisierung
- Teilweise tragen Sie auch Verantwortung für den First
- und Second-Level-Support

**Deine Skills**:
Wir suchen eine qualifizierte Person mit den folgenden Anforderungen:

- Ein Fachhochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder Master-Niveau) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer äquivalenten Ausbildung
- Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten sowie in einer Führungsfunktion in einer operativen Informatikorganisation mit, vorzugsweise im Verwaltungsbereich
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über umfangreiche Expertise im Umgang mit Geschäftsverwaltungsapplikationen
- Erfahrungen in der Leitung strategischer Digitalisierungsprojekte sind von Vorteil und werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt
