At Tillotts, we offer a dynamic environment, in which you will be working with teams and key stakeholders across the business. As a member of our Corporate Communications Team, you will further strengthen Tillotts’ Employer Brand globally.

In this role, your responsibilities will include the development and execution of engaging and innovative employer branding strategies that showcase Tillotts’ unique culture, values and employee experience.

Your key responsibilities
- Defining and implementing Tillotts’ employer brand strategy that attracts and retains highly skilled professionals
- Creating high quality, engaging content for our employer brand ensuring consistency of brand messaging in style and tone for different channels
- Partnering with HR and global teams to ensure consistency in our messaging
- Collaborating with your team members of Corporate Communications to identify employee initiatives and to showcase employee journey experiences
- Supporting countries in employer branding campaigns
- Analysing and researching to maintain knowledge of best practices in employer brand communications and competitor recruitment campaigns

Who you are
- 3+ years of proven experience in Employer Branding in industry or agency
- Expertise in Corporate, Digital or Marketing communication with strong storytelling and content creation skills
- Passionate and motivated to work in a truly international setting and delivering high-quality communication
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), good German skills
- Reliable team player, well-organised and able to work independently on multiple projects with a high level of initiative
