**Manager Financial Controlling**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Prepare and check daily, weekly, and monthly reports for local and group reporting
- Support the team regarding month-end affiliate reporting
- Support consolidation in Tagetik and improvement of the reporting within the tool
- Support Affiliates with consolidation issues and financial questions
- Support external accounting companies for our Affiliates
- Ensure proper communication/reporting with business management
- Preparation of quarterly audits. Responsible proper documentation and readiness to enable efficient process
- Assistance in ad-hoc financial projects
- Execution of recurring accounting and controlling tasks
- Responsible for process documentation/checklists, its constant review and improvement
- Provide statistical reporting to Swiss National Bank (SNB)

**Who you are**
- Economic studies with focus on finance and controlling or similar education
- 3-5 years of experience in Consolidation and Financial Reporting
- Specialized in Accounting / Controlling
- Deep knowledge in MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams Sites) and Tagetik
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (both verbally and in writing)
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact respectfully with people of different cultural, seniority and functional backgrounds
- Sense of accountability and ownership
- Independent and pro-active attitude
- Structured, well-organized and service oriented
- Flexible and able to operate in a quickly changing environment
