**BUHR LEADER - EMEA Ethicon & CSS**

**Johnson and Johnson, MedTech **has immediate opening for **BUHR Leader - EMEA Ethicon & CSS **which will be based in **Zug, Switzerland - Birkerod, Denmark **.

**Overall, Purpose of this Job**:
The **HR Leader, EMEA ETH & CSS Franchises is **responsible for two regional commercial franchises (Ethicon, Cardiovascular Specialty Solutions). The Ethicon Regional Franchise team is accountable for approx. $2B top line revenue across EMEA, and CSS Regional Franchise is accountable for approx. $800M top line revenue across EMEA. The HR Leader has the responsibility of supporting regional teams translating Global strategies into Regional and local market execution by focusing on market readiness, regulatory pathways, supply commit, managing pricing corridors, as well as Professional and Commercial Education. The HR Leader must create a community of practitioners across each Geography for HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to enable growth, supported by talent and retention strategies aligned with Franchise Prioritization. Additionally, the HR Leader actively supports each group’s Leadership Board to enable business results through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management and strong Business Partnering.

The **HR Leader, EMEA ETH & CSS Franchises **address complex organizational challenges due to the different nature, go to market models evolution and digital transformation strategies. Incumbents collaborate with the Global HR team to develop and implement integrated HR strategy for each client organization and connects with the HR Community across the EMEA region to execute strategies.

Role reports into Head of HR, EMEA MedTech and sits on EMEA HRLT as well as Global Franchise HRLTs.

**The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:

- Create and deploy the HR agenda for the business within a geography, aligned with global, regional HR and business.
- Deploy global/standardized HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact and provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to leaders, primarily at the Director and above level.
- Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis.
- Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within country/cluster.
- Partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Years of experience: 8+ years' experience required; minimum of 5 years of HR local experience with track record of end
