**Interim Head of Group Finance**
**9 to 12 months contract**:
**What you can expect**:

- Overall responsibility for monthly closing
- Driving improvements in the Group’s financialreporting processes
- Responsible for Group’s annual consolidated financialstatements
- Delivering monthly and quarterly reports to theGroup’s lenders in conjunction with the Group Controlling and Group Treasuryteams
- Managing the relationship with the external partiesproviding accounting services for the Group’s holding companies in Luxembourg
- Involvement in monthly and annual closing (includingannual financial statements review) for holding company entities
- Responsible for managing the Group’s compliance withIFRS, being the key contact point and providing guidance to local sites ontechnical accounting matters
- Working closely with the Group Controlling team todeliver budgets and financial forecasts
- Co-ordination of annual internal audit process
- Co-ordinating with the Group’s insurance brokersregarding the global insurance programmes in place
- Ad-hocprojects as requiered
- Leading and mentoring a team of 2 or morefinance professionals

**To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications**:

- Bachelor’sdegree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- QualifiedChartered Accountant
- 10years post qualification experience in financial reporting
- Demonstratedproficiency in group consolidation and financial statement preparation underIFRS
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English
- Strongleadership and team management skills
- Teamplayer
