We are currently seeking a **Interim Head of Legal, M&A** to join us. **Responsibilities**: - Leading and supporting a wide range of corporate and M&A transaction management including managing external counsel, - Participating in and managing (through outside counsel) the drafting, editing, negotiating, reviewing, and interpreting agreements and contracts and proactively handling matters through to resolution. **Minimum Qualifications**: - University degree in law. Bar exam is mandatory - 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably both in house and in private practice - Managing all global M&A transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, cooperation and franchise arrangements, and other restructurings (collectively, "M&A") - Fluency in English is mandatory; German, French or Italian are considered as a plus - A proven ability to manage a large number and variety of mission-critical global projects, working independently and often in ambiguous environments - Immediate availability preferred **Compensation, Benefits & Location**: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace.
