**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du leitest und managst mit Effizienz den Sicherheitsbetrieb sowie das hochqualifizierte Team von SOC-Analysten.
- Du bist massgeblich involviert in die Definition und Dokumentation von Prozessen.
- Es liegt in deiner Verantwortung, die stringente Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Verfahren sicherzustellen.
- Du überarbeitest und entwickelst mit Präzision Prozesse, um das gegenwärtige Security Operations Framework weiter zu stärken.
- Du überprüfst kritisch Richtlinien und Dienstbeschreibungen, bewältigst souverän Herausforderungen bei der Verwaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und sicherst mit Expertise die tägliche Verwaltung, Administration und Wartung von Sicherheitsgeräten zur Optimierung der operativen Effektivität.
- Deine Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen ebenso das akkurate Sicherstellen des Threat Managements, die präzise Bedrohungsmodellierung, die Identifizierung von Bedrohungsvektoren sowie die kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Entwicklung von Anwendungsfällen für die Sicherheitsüberwachung.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du solltest über einen Bachelor-Abschluss oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss im technischen Bereich verfügen.
- Es wird von dir erwartet, dass du mindestens 7+ Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Delivery Operations Management mitbringst, wovon mindestens 3 Jahre auf die Leitung eines NOC/SOC/RIM/SIEM entfallen, idealerweise in Umgebungen mit mehreren Kunden.
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse von Tools wie SIEM, EDR, XDR werden vorausgesetzt.
- Darüber hinaus sollten Kenntnisse im NOC & SOC Management zu deinem Profil gehören.
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung eines SIEM nach internationalen Standardprozessen, Rechenzentrumsmigration, kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (SIP), Risikooptimierung, Geschäftskontinuität, Disaster Recovery Planung usw. sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
- Es wird erwartet, dass du nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten bei der Einrichtung und dem Betrieb von Security Operations Centers besitzt. Deine Betriebskenntnisse sollten ausgereift sein.
