La Radio Télévision Suisse cherche pour son Département des Opérations, unité de la Production, deux Media Manager.

**Votre mission**:

- Vous gérez le flux continu de l'information au sein d'une rédaction d'actualité en administrant les données audio-vidéos contenues sur les serveurs (allocation des ports, veille d'images, numérisation, indexation primaire, archivage, etc)
- Vous prenez connaissance et choisissez les données susceptibles d'être intégrées dans les émissions d'actualité (participation aux séances de rédaction)
- Vous assurez des montages de brèves, titres audio-vidéo
- Vous contrôlez la qualité (avant diffusion) des sujets à diffuser
- Vous intégrez les sujets dans le conducteur d'émission, assurer le suivi de ce dernier et en transmettez les informations
- Vous assurez la continuité de l'émission lors d'imprévus
- Vous maîtriser l'exploitation de l'ensemble des équipements techniques du centre Actualité et de son studio et en assurez la maintenance premier niveau
- Vous fournissez un support aux utilisateurs du système et participez à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Vous gérez les sujets et les données en étroite collaboration avec la rédaction en chef et les documentalistes

**Votre profil**:

- Niveau maturité ou formation jugée équivalente
- Brevet fédéral de Technicien Audiovisuel, un atout
- Excellentes connaissances de la production audiovisuelle
- Plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'audiovisuel
- Bonnes connaissances générales et de l'actualité en particulier
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Autonomie, résistance au stress
- Disponibilité et souplesse pour des horaires irréguliers (soirs, week-end, jours fériés), selon planification établie
- Bonnes connaissances d'allemand et d'anglais souhaitées
