Au sein de la division Data & IA, nous recherchons plusieurs **Data Scientist**s** 80-100%**, qui travailleront en étroite collaboration avec les services métiers et les équipes techniques de la transformation digitale. **Les missions qui vous attendent**: - Développer, implémenter, maintenir et faire évoluer des modèles IA - Collaborer avec les représentants du métier et identifier les opportunités réalisables par les technologies liées à l’IA - Participer à l’acceptation et la validation des livrables et vérifier la cohérence entre l’implémentation des modèles et les performances attendues - Collaborer au sein de l’équipe avec les ingénieurs IA - Conduire des études de faisabilité et réaliser les prototypes - Être à l’écoute des évolutions dans les domaines IA y compris dans le domaine de l’IA Générative **Votre profil**: - Master / Doctorat (ou équivalent) en informatique, statistiques ou science des données - Expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la création, l'évaluation et l'optimisation de modèles prédictifs à l'aide de techniques de machine Learning. Une expérience dans l’IA générative est un plus. - Excellentes compétences sur Python et SQL - Vous avez déjà utilisé les framework de machine learning (MLFlow, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Langchain ) et avez les connaissances en statistiques appliquées - La connaissance de Azure et Databricks est un plus - Connaissance du monde de l’assurance est un plus - Aptitude à expliquer des concepts techniques à des parties prenantes non techniques, en traduisant les résultats d'analyses en recommandations stratégiques. - Excellent niveau de français ( C1 ) et maitrise de l'anglais ( B2) **Nous vous offrons**: - Un environnement de travail sain dans une entreprise mutualiste labelisée "Meilleur Employeur" - Des avantages sociaux multiples dont la flexibilité dans l'organisation du travail - Un travail au sein d'une équipe dynamique et passionnée - Des valeurs humaines centrées sur le bien-être des collaborateurs
