Working at Scantrust means you’ll help define the future of connected products and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including supply chain visibility, anti-counterfeiting, and consumer engagement. Every year, we partner with our customers to deliver outcomes like end-to-end product traceability, meeting EU's Digital Product Passport requirements and preventing fake products (e.g. fake medicines, healthcare, food & beverage, critical infrastructure products, etc. ) from reaching end-customers.

You will closely collaborate with other project managers, and product and business development teams reporting directly to the Global Project & Delivery Manager.

Aufgaben

As part of the Project Management Team, you will be assisting in doing the below tasks:

- Drive delivery of Scantrust-connected products and services projects - you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. This will involve coordinating with the client and internal teams and guiding the client through their responsibilities in the process.
- Facilitate decision-making on project priorities while effectively balancing multiple needs and driving communication channels with key stakeholders
- Participate in pre-sales support and project scoping to business development & sales team
- Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve our SaaS client delivery capabilities
- Establish customer relationships and trust throughout and beyond the project delivery cycle
- Work across multiple levels of the technology stack
- Any other assigned project-related tasks

Qualifikation
- You bring at least 2 years IT project management experience
- Experience with SaaS, API’s or Enterprise Integration software projects is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end
- Experience with Enterprise project deployments
- BA/BS in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Fluent and proficient business communication in English and German
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations
- Willingness to learn new approaches to solutions whenever it makes sense.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

Location options are Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Dusseldorf/Frankfurt corridor, or Berlin. Our offices remain open for those who prefer to collaborate or work in the office, but we also encourage fully remote applicants. Our company presence covers several regions globally so you’ll need to be accustomed to working remotely with others. You will regularly work and be in contact with people in Boston, Chicago, Bangkok, Singapore, Shanghai, and Lausanne. Just another day at the office : )
