**Your role**
- You enjoy building and maintaining trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support an effective and timely interview process.
- You ensure the right conditions are in place for interviews and advise the recruiting team on scheduling on-site interviews.
- You will use and maintain our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to effectively track the interview process and ensure data integrity at every step.

**Your talent**
- You are studying for your Bachelor's/Master's degree or are about to graduate. The field of study is not decisive but you should bring tangible passion for HR/Recruiting.
- As an organizational talent you love to bring structure to your work.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and always keep up to date.
- Building good relationships with people is effortless and enjoyable for you.
- You are pragmatic without neglecting your commitment to quality.
- Developing your skills is important to you, which is why you are constantly looking for new opportunities to learn.
- Very good communication skills in **German and English** are required.
