We are looking for a talent with a positive can-do attitude who is able to think "out of the box".- You will be introduced to a broad spectrum of topics while working on several priorities in close collaboration with many team members in a truly international environment. - The role provides a great opportunity to collaborate closely with many experts, while being empowered to bring in and present own ideas.**What you will do** - Support the development and revision of new and or existing Compliance frameworks as well as the implementation of such - Contribute to delivery of the annual Group Compliance plan - Collaborate with a global team of Compliance experts - Support the enhancement of our overall Group Compliance training landscape - Working with colleagues to progress our Compliance continuous improvement global project - Conduct research on Compliance topics and trends and prepare findings in presentations (in PowerPoint or Word) for senior stakeholders - Hands-on work in operational tasks related to Compliance **What you bring** - Enrolment in a University/ Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory - Student, ideally nearing completion of a Master in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs or similar - Business fluent in English - Responsible, detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks - A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment - First Experience working independently and owning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from start to finish - You must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract **Additional Information** - Zurich wants to attract the best talent and we acknowledge that talents might not always be available full-time.
