**Key Responsibilities**:

- Portfolio Management:

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of PPAs, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and optimizing financial performance.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of existing PPAs, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and efficiency of the PPA portfolio.
- Contract Administration:

- Manage the lifecycle of PPA contracts from inception through execution, including negotiation, amendments, and renewals.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage any disputes or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PPA contracts and related documentation.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making and performance evaluation of the PPA portfolio.
- Prepare regular reports on the financial and operational status of the PPA portfolio for senior management.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the PPA portfolio.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including energy buyers, project developers, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure seamless management of PPA contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all PPA-related inquiries and communications.
- Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the PPA portfolio, including market, credit, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure portfolio stability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, contract management, or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of PPAs, renewable energy markets, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with financial modelling software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
