**HVDC Transformer Platform Manager**

**The opportunity**

As the HVDC Transformer Platform Manager, you will define, develop, and maintain the HVDC Transformer platform, ensuring its implementation in tools, processes, and factories. The platform supports our HVDC Transformer factories across the world in serving the global HVDC Transformer market. Join us to leverage your expertise in fostering collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring the successful development of a platform that supports the business and strengthens our leading position in HVDC Transformers.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Define the content of the HVDC Transformer platform, including documents, tools, and processes, based on overall scope and factory needs.
- Drive platform development by focusing on key items, ensuring clear definitions, accountability, and strong resource management.
- Develop a structure and governance process for continuous improvement and implementation of the platform.
- Engage key resources in factories across the organization, developing efficient communication channels and creating a network of needed competencies and resources.
- Lead and motivate diverse teams in the work with the platform, ensuring high engagement and cooperation.
- Drive the implementation of the platform in processes, tools, and factories, and follow up on progress.
- Influence stakeholders to ensure full implementation and prioritization of resources.
- Ensure close cross-organizational collaboration, especially with related product lines in power transformers

**Your Background**
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, Product Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of the HVDC transformer business, HVDC Transformer technology, product management, and engineering processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex and cross-organizational work.
