**Job Description**:
As a Group Product Manager, your role is to build with your team a strong product platform that will be used by Nexthink feature teams to accelerate their development and provide a unified user experience.
Your mission will be to:
- Set the platform management line of product strategy.
- Management and leadership of product managers within the product group.
- Product line roadmapping, prioritization, and status reporting.
- Identify, analyze, quantify and prioritize product features and innovations in your integration product portfolio.
- Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across Product Development, Product Marketing, Sales and Technical service.
- Rapidly iterate and evolve your product line to meet a host of needs: growth in business, platform scalability, creating currently needed solutions, and simultaneously looking ahead for future customer needs and capabilities.
**Qualifications**:
- 8 years of Product Management working experience with specific experience in B2B SaaS product.
- Proven success in leading people, preferably product managers
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environment.
- Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written
