Team Leader Facility

**Your daily tasks & responsibilities**
- Work on an operational level as Team Leader & be responsible for the following areas / tasks
- all maintenance work (e.g. mending of electronic installations, paint jobs etc.) are handled properly and in time
- all routine landscaping tasks are handled properly and in time
- company cars are being refueled and cleaned
- pick-up and courier services are handled in time
- repairs of equipment or appliances are handled properly and in time
- Supporting the Supervisor Facility Management in all areas
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
**The expertise you have & skills you bring**
- Education / work experience within (one/multiple) of the following areas: locksmith / metalworker / bricklayer / painter / tiler
- Work experience as Team Leader
- Used to physical work
- Ability to work accurately / independently
- Ability and flexibility to work and adapt within different environments
- Fluent in French or German, good knowledge of English (spoken)
- Highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
- Driving license
