As a Financial Analysis - Associate within our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our firm. Your work will be instrumental in providing financial oversight, strategic analysis, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Collaborate with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency, while developing innovative reporting capabilities. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage annual and ongoing financial planning activities for product areas
- Provide business rationale for month-end financial performance and forecasting
- Conduct reviews and analysis on product financial performance and trends
- Develop efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategy
- Create financial business cases to support business initiatives
- Report on and monitor key metrics, driving data quality initiatives
- Develop and track performance metrics, creating presentations for senior management
- Perform variance analysis and present commentary to senior managers
- Design new reports and dashboards to deliver financial results efficiently
- Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
- Three years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services or accounting/controller roles
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data mining and manipulation of data sets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management
- Proven track record for executing special projects with mínimal lead time
- Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to be a trusted partner for Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
