Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a part-time/full-time Intern for 2-3 months, to market and promote
InterSoccer’s Children’s Football Camps to increase awareness /numbers. Summer Camps
and Autumn Courses are the main areas of focus. Position to cover Geneva - Nyon region & to
start asap in June to end of August.

**So, what will the job entail?**
- Delivering of flyers to public venues ie parks, swimming pools, lake areas, playgrounds where families frequent to help advertise our camps & increase awareness
- Visit to schools/creches where possible
- Put up Courses & Camps posters on key noticeboards in different towns/villages
- Visits to Courses/Camps to increase brand awareness.
- Company visits

**Hours?**
- Flexible hours can be worked but should be approximately 35-40 hrs per week depending on weather
- Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) ideally from 12:00 onwards are good to work as this is key time for speaking to families & promoting Courses/Camps
- Any time worked at weekends will be deducted off weekdays
- Ability & desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills to participate in increasing awareness through Social Media
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident and determined approach
- A high degree of self-motivation & drive
- The ability to work both independently & as part of a team
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
- Fluency or Good Level in English & French is essential
- Full Driver’s License / access to car also helpful
- Must have Swiss passport or Swiss working permit

**Salary**

This is an internship position. Salary is mínimal, 500 CHF Gross per month & helps
cover monthly expenses only, however a BONUS is paid based on sales which can be
tracked via a code. Potential earnings from bonus could be 1000-2000chf per month
gross + Basic. The position is viewed as a great opportunity for someone who desires a
fantastic work experience & who can take responsibility. All travel expenses covered.

**Responsibilities**:
Flyer Distribution:

- Putting up posters advertising our Camps and Courses on key noticeboards in different towns and villages.

Event Support:

- Assisting with the organization and promotion of Courses and Camps events.
- Participating in visits to Courses and Camps to help increase brand awareness.
- Accompanying the marketing team on company visits to establish and strengthen relationships with potential partners or sponsors.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the target audience.
- Strong desire and ability to sell the benefits of our Children's Football Camps.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and the ability to contribute to increasing awareness through online channels.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to promote our offerings.
- Confident and determined approach to succeed in a competitive environment.
- High degree of self-motivation and drive to achieve set goals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency or a good level of proficiency in English and French is essential.
- Full driver's license and access to a car would be helpful.

Hours and Compensation:

- Flexible working hours, approximately 35-40 hours per week, depending on weather conditions and event schedules.
- Weekend availability is required, ideally from 12:00 PM onwards, as it is a key time for engaging with families and promoting our Camps and Courses.
- Any hours worked during weekends will be deducted from weekdays.
- This is an internship position with a mínimal salary of 500 CHF gross per month, intended to cover monthly expenses.
- A bonus will be paid based on sales performance, which can be tracked via a designated code. Potential earnings from the bonus could range from 1000-2000 CHF per month gross, in addition to the basic salary.
- All travel expenses will be covered.
