* Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders * Ensuring smooth communication and supporting marketing team activities ## About Our Client ## Our client is an international company. ## Job Description ## * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP Marketing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. * Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. * Act as a liaison between the VP Marketing and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on key actions. * Organize and support marketing team meetings, events, and workshops. * Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking for marketing projects. * Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism. ## The Successful Applicant ## * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus). * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities. ## What's on Offer ## 1 day of home office per week.
