We are looking for a Project Management Lead. The position is based in Visp, Switzerland. The PMO Lead Visp operates as a right-hand to the Site Head Visp.

Key responsibilities:

- Supports leaders through tracking, managing interdependencies, escalating issues and preparing team meetings
- Acts as a sounding board to workstream leaders to ensure they work towards the ultimate objective
- Responsible for ad hoc analyses in workstreams to support decision
- Coaches workstream team members on project-based way of working and focus on value creation
- Initiates financial analyses of the defind workstrem results and supports the preparation of business cases
- Works closely with the Site Head Visp to prepare bi-weekly review meetings and monthly BU updates focusing on action-oriented process updates and decision escalation in addition to ensuring fact-based reporting of progress and impact delivered
- Review site service agreements / service level agreements with Lonza and identify actions to improve

Key requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, post graduate qualification is a plus
- Good business insight, economic and operational excellence knowledge
- In depth knowledge and experience of Operations, Business or Consulting
- People management experience with proven track record of being a leader, motivator and engager of productive teams
- Strong ability to structure, pragmatically scope, and solve abstract and complex problems
- Naturally collaborative with a proven ability to partner and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in German and English with exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
