**Your mission**:

- You provide the execution strategy, conduct final project negotiations, and ensure the project schedule baseline is approved prior to project commencement.
- You manage and lead the project team in order to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality, and EHS targets.
- You ensure proper project deviation management; assess, approve, and expedite technical aspects of change orders and defines effective claim strategies for customers, partners, subcontractors, etc.
- You implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction.
- You develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth operation of projects.

**You**:

- are a self-driven person with higher education (Bachelor's or Master’s degree) in Mechanical-/Process-/Electrical
- or Chemical-Engineering as well as a certification in PMI.
- bring three years of hands-on experience in a lead project engineering role, with a track record of food processing and bulk material handling.
- have proven leadership, team working, and team-building skills.
- are skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and SAP; 3D Mechanical, Architect, and Gantt is a plus.
- are a strong project manager with analytical skills, talented in smart process design, and eager to deliver great customer experiences.
- have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German and target group-oriented communication at all levels.
- have a creative and problem-solving attitude, are a team player and responsibility taker with a “hands-on” approach.
- have a valid work permit for Switzerland.
