**Job Summary**
We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Director of Brand Strategy for a prestigious luxury fashion brand, based in Zurich. This role presents a unique opportunity to define and elevate the brand’s positioning in a competitive marketplace.
**Role Summary**:The Director of Brand Strategy will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand equity. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for luxury fashion and a proven track record in brand management.
**Key Roles**:
- **Brand Vision Development**: Craft a compelling brand vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s values and long-term goals.
- **Market Positioning**: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the luxury fashion sector.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among target customers.
- **Campaign Oversight**: Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of brand initiatives.

Pay: CHF180’000.00 per year
