Another major asset for pooling skills and multiplying opportunities. As part of our business development, we are looking for a **Scrum Master**. This post sits in the T&I Project Delivery team, responsible for managing and delivering IT components of the different projects. The focus of this position is to be a servant-leader of the project team by setting up an Agile way of work. We are looking for a new technology oriented and experienced Scrum Master with an open-minded mindset to support our project team. The Scrum Master will support the team by assisting and coaching it in order it delivers better and more often added value to its users and stakeholders. In coordination with the other team members. He will have the following responsibilities: - Set upping, planning, and animating the Scrum meetings and activities (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective,) - Encourage the team in its efforts to improve its work along the Scrum ceremonies - Coach the overall team (business, T&I, Provider) to be autonomous - Ensure Scrum is understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines - Support the Product Owner (PO) in the writing of the user stories, also called Epics, Features, Bugs and PBIs in MS Azure DevOps - Assists the PO in ensuring that the Product Backlog is enough detailed so that there are no misunderstandings for developers including Acceptance Criteria, so that testers can test along those criteria before delivering to the ICRC business team for its testing - Put in place & maintain the relevant KPIs - Report working issues, constraints or delays immediately to the T&I PM - Remove the blocker for the team **Profil**: **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE***: - _ 5 years’ experience in agile methodologies_ - _ Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with multidisciplinary team is a must _ - _IT University Degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification _ - _Proficient English speaker: fluency in French is an asset _ - _Scrum certifications (at least one of: Scrum Master, Product Owner)_ - _ Experience in managing IT projects is an asset_ **DESIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS** - _ Out of the box thinking abilities_ - _ Accurate and analytical_ - _ Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques_ - _ Coaching posture and techniques_ - _ Continuous improvement mindset_ - _ Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams_ - _ Clear oral and written communication in English_ - _ Excellent collaboration skills, ability to find compromises_ - _ Respect for humanitarian values_ - _ Experience of multicultural and international environments_ **Informations contractuelles**: Your **personal qualities **will make the difference: rigorous professional ethics, autonomy while having a team spirit, analysis and synthesis skills, listening, creativity, sense of service, sense of customer relations, diplomacy, commitment...
