**Your responsibilities**
- As an in-store sales associate (M/F/d) you are the local hero of your branch No customer goes away empty-handed;
- You take care of all aspects of store operations, including cash management, billing, order & cleanliness, opening times, assortment planning, etc.;
- You skillfully coordinate everything to do with customer service. From inquiries to service bikes, our customers are in the best of hands with you;
- Your store is your home base. Invite our customers to feel at home. Create a perfect shopping experience to feel completely comfortable;
- Sales processes are in your blood, you accompany customers from acquisition to completion, create and record offers;
- You take responsibility for achieving sales targets in your store.
**Your profile**
- As an In-Store Sales Associate (M/F/d) you have completed training in retail, ideally the sports or automotive industry and have at least one year of experience;
- You communicate fluently in French and English;
- You are available every Monday and happy to cover another full day or take some hours during the week;
- Independent and structured work is part of you, as is your eye for detail.
